The time is here!   Grab you hair net and let’s pack some meals together.   Feed The Hunger focuses on feeding the physical and spiritual hunger of at risk children and families all around the world, like the ones above in Ghana.

Grab your family, friends, neighbors, small groups, and/or coworkers and come serve together.   We are packing in the gym, like the old days and can handle lots of packers.   We are only 25% of the volunteers needed.   We need you!!   Our goal is to feed 1000 children for the next school year.

Mark your calendars! 3rd annual Soggy Bottoms backyard ultra on May 2, 2026.

From Fairy Godfather aka Wes Richardson:

I would like to invite you all to the 3rd annual Soggy Bottoms backyard ultra on May 2, 2026. This is a fun day for all paces where you can run, ruck or walk and trail loop at my families farm in Lincolnton.

We will be raising funds for the Northlake House and Ranger’s family. A donation of any size gains access to the race and 100% of your donation goes right to Ranger and the purchase therapy games for the residents at the Northlake House.

The event is from 8:00am-4:00pm with options to join half or the whole day.

I would love for you guys to come spend the day and raise money for our man, Ranger.

Sign Up to Q:

Want to increase YOUR effort during bootcamps? Then sign up to led the workout. It’s one of the easiest ways to push yourself to work harder. One of F3’s 5 Core Principles is that workouts are volunteer led. If you have an F3 Nickname, you are Freed to Lead. There are lots of available workouts for you to lead. Get out there more and get more out of it by leading.

Slack Enhancements
