Getting Started

Just show up. 

Yes, it’s that simple. It’s free, it’s open to all men, and we embrace newcomers every week.  

Arrive a few minutes before workout start time, introduce yourself to someone in the circle, and you’re good to go.

Your first objective: Earn your nickname!

  • If you post at least twice, we’ll hang a fun and unique nickname on you
  • For the first two workouts, you will be “FNG” (Friendly New Guy). Remember that for Circle of Trust time!

BTW:  No, you do NOT need to get in shape before you start with F3. (Yes, that’s the #1 excuse we hear from reluctant beginners.)

  • Overweight?  Soft and terribly out of shape?  Had a knee replacement?  Get on out here; you will be just fine!
  • Yes, the workouts are very challenging.  But they’re only as challenging as you choose to make them.
  • You will hear us start every workout with the disclaimer “this is YOUR workout; modify to meet YOUR needs.”  You are encouraged to pace yourself to your current abilities.
  • We support you, we build you up, we expect you take it only as intensely as you are currently able to do so.
  • And just wait to see where your fitness level and physique are a year later!
