With nearly a dozen and a half F3 Davidson scheduled weekly workout options to choose from, you have no excuse to not show up!
While F3 at its core is boot camp-oriented, we have many fitness opportunities to offer you:

Weekly workouts:
- Bootcamp
- 530am Monday through Friday – 45 minute Boot camp.
- 530am Mondays at Plum Creek Park for “Candyland” – 45 minute boot camp.
- 515am Friday “Seabiscuit” & 530 IBS – 45 minute self-paced “workout in a box”.
- 700pm Tuesday & Thursday for “Sweat Shop” – 45 minute boot camp.
- 700am and 900am Saturday – 60 minute boot camp.
- Running
- 530am Friday “The Revolt” – 6 mile run
- PT / Injury Recovery
- 530am Monday / Wednesday / Friday for “Pain Lab”- 45 minute stretching, PT exercises.
- Rucksack
- 530am Thursday mornings, the “Beast of Burden” – 45 minute walk (with weighted backpack / vest, if you choose).
- Mental Fitness
- 630am on Friday, Toby Talks group sessions. Take care of your head!
Locations:
- All boot camp workouts start on the Davidson Town Green, on the front steps of the Library, with exception of:
- Seabiscuit, which starts at Davidson College stadium.
- IBS, which launches from the pullup bars behind Davidson College Baker Sports Complex.
- Outer Limits, which launches from the clubhouse in the Summers Walk development.
- Running and rucksack workouts start at the Green, on the Main Street side.
- Pain Lab starts in the Davidson United Methodist Church parking lot.
- Toby Talks are held in The Yellow House on the DUMC campus on South Street.

- The Coyote: 2 hours of running & pain stations, each May.
- The Yeti: 10 mile ruck around Davidson.
- The Cerberus: 3 hours of misery in July – boot camp + running + boot camp.
- Army-Navy Game: 2 hours of boot camp as our veterans try to out-pain each other.
- F3AT Appalachian Trail: 3-day backpacking weekends each Spring & Fall.
- Z-O-Thon: Fundraising marathon around Davidson.
- Moonlight Mile: Brain cancer fundraising 10k.
Additionally, we field teams for many different events:
- Running stage races, such as the Blue Ridge Relay, Tuna Run, Ville to Ville, and others.
- Cycling centuries: The Bike MS.
- Mud runs, such as Spartan Races and the like.
